The nature of the ongoing COVID-19 event has shown that risk reduction is crucial at this time. Out of respect for the health and safety of our clients and our team, Alexander Exteriors is implementing a new safe and secure procedure for client consultation.
In an effort to eliminate any potential risk moving forward, our in-house consultation appointments will now be held remotely via a secure video conferencing platform. Our easy to use video conferencing platform does not require the installation of any apps or any downloads.
Consultations will be scheduled by our office administrator over the phone, with a link to the video conferencing platform sent directly to the client shortly after. At a client’s scheduled time and date, one of our consultation representatives will be available via video chat to discuss the details of the project and evaluate what action needs to be taken moving forward.
Following the initial consultation, our office will remotely gather any necessary measurement information using an aerial measurement platform and produce a rough bid from there. Any follow-up consultations will also be held remotely via video conference.
This new protocol minimizes any potential risk while still providing quick and comprehensive estimates.
Please note that while we are still honoring any in-person appointments made prior to and following this announcement, we encourage our clients to reach out if any modifications need to be made. We are accommodating all requests to reschedule, cancel, or change to a remote appointment.
